Partner with Upper Shore RSVP

Become a volunteer station with the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and let us recruit volunteers to support your mission.

A volunteer station refers to a partner organization that has a formal, written agreement (a Memorandum of Understanding) with RSVP to accept responsibility for assignment and supervision of RSVP volunteers. RSVP works to recruit volunteers on behalf of the volunteer station. In exchange, the volunteer station is responsible for onboarding, training, and daily supervision of the volunteers.

RSVP will recruit volunteers best suited to your organization’s needs – RSVP matches volunteers with positions based on their interests, skills, and experience.
RSVP provides benefits to the volunteers, including supplemental accident & liability insurance, mileage & meal reimbursement, volunteer recognition and ongoing support to the volunteers and volunteer stations.

Your organization qualifies as a partner agency if you are a:
  • Public agency
  • Secular or faith-based private nonprofit organization
  • Proprietary healthcare organization
Note: Proprietary health care organizations are private for-profit health care organizations that serve one or more vulnerable populations (e.g. hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility)
