An organization to help older adults continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Members benefit from a cadre of over 80 volunteers who provide rides, home visits, and errands for members.

Upper Shore Aging, Inc.

Upper Shore Aging, Inc. is a non-profit organization, Area Agency on Aging designated by the State of Maryland, serving over 31,000 seniors in Caroline, Kent, and Talbot counties. 

Our programs function cooperatively to maintain and improve the quality of life for seniors, working to help them remain healthy and independent.

Offering educational, craft and exercise programs with a noon meal to seniors age 60+ Help with medicare & insurance, Meals On Wheels and  Shopping For Seniors.

Kent County Health Department Adult Evaluation and Review Services (AERS)

AERS provides on-site professional, comprehensive assessment by a registered nurse and social worker to evaluate the person’s ability to handle the basic needs of daily living. The individual is then referred to an appropriate service.

Delmarva Community Transit (DCT)

Delmarva Community Transit (DCT) provides transportation for medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery shopping and work.
